Bulgaria vignette 2026
In Bulgaria the motorways and most first-class national roads are paid for with an e-vignette. For vehicles up to 3.5 t the prices below have applied since 1 August 2026. Nothing goes on the windscreen: the vignette is registered to the plate, and roadside cameras read it.

Which one does a transit need?
On all 11 route pages that cross Bulgaria, the calculator bought the 1-day e-vignette for one way (€5.30).
The route pages assume 14 days between going and coming back, so each direction buys its own. If you return within 7 days, one 7-day e-vignette (€10.00) is cheaper than two daily ones (€10.60).

Where to buy
On bgtoll.bg, in the BGTOLL app, at the sales desks at the main border crossings and at self-service terminals. It can be bought up to 30 days before it starts. BGTOLL points to its own channels and its partner network, where the price is the tariff above.
Driving without one
The cameras read the plate. A vehicle without a vignette is asked for a compensatory fee of €46.50. If that is not paid a fine of €1,533 is issued, and paying the compensatory fee within 14 days of the notice cancels it.
